What is The Online Tools?+
The Online Tools is a free collection of calculators, converters, and utilities covering health, finance, dating statistics, everyday math, and more. Every tool runs directly in your browser, requires no account, and stores nothing. It is built and maintained by Wasi, an SEO specialist with 8 years of experience, with the goal of making accurate, fast tools accessible to everyone.
Are all the tools completely free?+
Yes, every tool on the site is free to use, with no subscription, no sign-up, and no hidden fee. The site is supported by advertising, which is how the tools stay free for everyone.
Do I need to create an account?+
No. There is no account system. Open any tool, enter your values, and get your result instantly. Nothing about you is stored between visits.
Can I use the tools on my phone or tablet?+
Yes. All tools are fully responsive and tested across mobile, tablet, and desktop screens. They work in any modern browser including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
How often are new tools added?+
New tools are added regularly. The collection already covers 40+ tools and grows based on what users request most. If you need a tool that is not here yet, use the Contact page to suggest it.
Does The Online Tools store my data?+
The values you type into any calculator are processed locally in your browser and are never sent to our servers. We do not store, sell, or have access to what you enter into the tools. The only data we collect is what you voluntarily submit through the contact form (your name, email, and message). See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Does the site use cookies?+
Yes. We use essential cookies to run the site, analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our tools, and advertising cookies (Google AdSense) to serve ads that keep the tools free. You can manage or disable cookies at any time through your browser settings. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.
Is my contact form message kept private?+
Yes. Messages sent through the contact form are only used to respond to your enquiry and are kept on file for a reasonable period, after which they are deleted. Your contact details are not shared with any third party.
Who runs The Online Tools?+
The site is built and run by Wasi, a digital marketing and SEO specialist with 8 years of experience. You can read more on the About Us page.
How accurate are the calculators?+
We use established, well-documented formulas for example, Mifflin-St Jeor for BMR/TDEE calculations, standard normal distributions for height data, and 2024 US Census and BLS figures for demographic tools. We document the methodology on each tool page so you can verify the method. That said, all tools are for informational purposes and results can vary based on your inputs. See our Disclaimer for full details.
What formula does the calorie calculator use?+
Our calorie deficit tracker and Losertown calculator both use the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, which is the most accurate of the commonly used BMR formulas at a population level. BMR is then multiplied by an activity factor (1.2 to 1.9) to estimate TDEE. Each tool page explains the specific method used.
What data does the female or male delusion calculator use?+
Both delusion calculators use a base adult population of approximately 130 million men / 134 million women (US Census, 2024), a standard height distribution (mean 69.2" for men / 63.7" for women), and income brackets aligned to 2024 BLS figures where about 17% of men and 8.4% of women earn $100,000 or more individually. Each filter's pass rate is shown separately so you can see exactly which standard is narrowing the pool.
Can I rely on the results for important decisions?+
Our tools are for general informational and educational use. They are not a substitute for professional financial, medical, legal, or other expert advice. For important decisions especially health or financial ones always verify results and consult a qualified professional. See our Disclaimer for more.
I think a result is wrong. What should I do?+
Please tell us. Accuracy reports are the most valuable feedback we receive they are how the tools improve. Use the Contact page, describe the tool and the result, and we will investigate and correct it if needed.
Where can I find all the available tools?+
The full list is on the Explore All Tools page. You can also use the site's search or browse by category from the homepage.
Why is a tool not giving me a result?+
Most tools require all fields to be filled in with valid numbers before they calculate. Check that no field is blank or contains a letter/symbol where a number is expected. If everything looks right and it still fails, try a hard-refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R) to clear any cached version, then try again. If the problem persists, contact us and describe what you entered.
Can I copy or share my results?+
Yes. Most tools include a "Copy Results" button that copies the full breakdown to your clipboard in plain text, ready to paste anywhere. You can also share the page URL the tool will be ready for the recipient to enter their own values.
Can I suggest a new tool?+
Absolutely. Use the Contact page and describe the tool you need. We prioritize requests that come up repeatedly, so the more specific you are about what it should calculate and what the result should look like, the better.
